Popes and bears (1): NHS complaints

The Knife has noted before the slightly paranoid approach of some middle class relatives (rather than patients) to the NHS. Here’s the latest variation on that theme, following a study from King’s College:

The report suggests doctors could be discriminating against disadvantaged patients because white, middle-class patients are more likely to complain if they have to rearrange their surgery.

Not that I agree that cancellations are avoided in these middle class types because of the aggro. That is rubbish. However,  I do like that we now have some official confirmation that they moan the most.
Those doctors are all at it, darling…etc etc
